Sebastian Braun

Sebastian Braun is supporting companies with his expertise in finance transformation projects for over 12 years. His consulting focus is the optimization of finance processes and steering models. Beside professional support for the implementation of new cloud ERP systems, he advises finance departments in launching innovative tools and technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA). In 2015 he passed the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) exam and has been president of the German Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) since 2020.

Jürgen Diehm

Jürgen Diehm has been advising companies for more than 20 years on the digitization and optimization of processes, systems, and a future-proof design of the operating model and organization in finance and accounting. He is an American Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and author of various books and publications in the field of accounting and controlling. Prior to his start, he held positions as a partner in a consulting firm in finance and accounting as well as in a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting firm.

Fabian Grigo

Fabian Grigo has been working in various positions in finance for more than 12 years. He graduated as a certified public accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) and tax advisor (Steuerberatere). After working for a leading auditing firm (Big 4), he joined the basic accounting department of a DAX group and accompanied GAAP conversions (IFRS / US-GAAP) and the preparation and execution of IPOs for many years. In addition, he advises companies in the area of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and sustainability.

Markus Groß

Markus Groß has been working in management positions in the financial sector for more than 15 years. Before joining PAS (now CFGI Germany), he worked for many years as a partner in leading consultancies. The focus of his consulting activities is the execution of GAAP conversions (IFRS / US-GAAP), the preparation (IPO readiness) and support of IPOs and start-up advisory along the financial roadmap.

Thomas Kuhnert

Thomas Kuhnert has been working as a consultant in Finance Optimization for more than 14 years. Before joining PAS (now CFGI Germany), he was managing director of different consulting companies with a focus on the implementation of software solutions in finance. He has specialized in the consolidation and planning solution LucaNet, the preparation of consolidated financial statements and the development of financial reporting solutions.

Matthias Seitz

Matthias Seitz has more than 10 years of professional experience in the areas of auditing and transaction advisory. He passed the German auditor and
tax consultant exams. Before joining the PAS (now CFGI Germany), he worked in one of the leading auditing firms (Big 4) and afterwards as managing director in a medium-sized
consulting firm focusing on finance and accounting. His main focus is on consulting in regards to national and international corporate transactions as well as in the field of company valuation.

Stefan Krzepek

Stefan Krzepek has more than 11 years of experience as a consultant in the field of Finance Optimization. Before joining PAS (now CFGI Germany), he held a management position at LucaNet AG. There he was responsible for setting up the consolidation consulting team and supported LucaNet partners in complex customer projects.
His expertise includes the implementation of financial reporting solutions with a focus on LucaNet, in particular the preparation of legal consolidated financial statements and management reporting.

Alessandro Englmann

Alessandro Englmann has over 14 years of professional experience in auditing and advising capital market-oriented and fast-growing companies in an international environment. Before joining CFGI Germany, he worked for a leading auditing firm (Big4) and has in-depth knowledge of advising scale-ups as well as companies in the real estate, pharmaceutical and transport sectors. He is an expert in exit readiness projects such as IPOs, trade sales and comprehensive finance transformation processes.
