As of July 1, 2022, a well-established Finance Optimization Team around the two partners Jürgen Diehm and Sebastian Braun will join the newly founded PAS Financial Advisory AG
Jürgen Diehm has been advising companies on the optimization of processes, systems and structures in finance and accounting for more than 20 years. Sebastian Braun has specialized in particular in consulting around the implementation of modern cloud ERP systems. He is also president of the board of the German chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). Both were previously partners at FAS AG (now: WTS Advisory AG), Jürgen Diehm was already part of the founding team of FAS.
The team of the two long-time colleagues comes into action whenever companies need to set up their finance function efficiently and effectively due to acquisitions, disposals, planned IPOs or other transformations, or when a roadmap for modernization in finance and accounting is needed.

Together with Jürgen Diehm and Sebastian Braun, a well-established Finance Optimization team of more than 20 consultants is moving to PAS. This makes PAS Financial Advisory to one of the largest independent and owner-managed consulting firms along the CFO agenda already a few months after its foundation.
With its Finance Optimization Team, PAS offers a broad service portfolio for start-ups, mid-sized companies up to multinational corporations, which in particular includes consulting for the optimization of processes, systems and the organization in finance and accounting. The team includes expert consultants, as well as certified IT consultants in many popular systems in finance and accounting, such as SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Microsoft D365, PowerApps and PowerBI and LucaNet.
