PAS's Financial Reporting team supports clients in the transition to IFRS or US GAAP, complex accounting issues, the preparation of consolidated financial statements and financial and non-financial reporting obligations such as ESG.

With a holistic approach, we support companies, for example, in the preparation and execution of corporate transactions (M&A deals, IPOs, carve outs) but also in the initial preparation of consolidated financial statements or in ongoing accounting and reporting topics.

Our focus is on advising medium-sized companies, innovative start-ups, national and international corporations, as well as private equity houses and their portfolio companies.
Pas' Finance Optimization Team supports clients in setting up and optimizing processes, systems and the organization in the financial sector.

With our holistic approach, we support companies, for example, in the development of a sustainable financial organization (IPOs, post-merger integration, carve outs, shared service structures, digitization), the selection and implementation of IT systems (ERP, consolidation, CPM, BI, planning) and the optimization of end-to-end processes (O2C, P2P, R2R).

Our focus is on advising medium-sized companies, innovative start-ups, national and international corporations, as well as private equity houses and their portfolio companies.
PAS's Transaction Services team supports clients both nationally and internationally with corporate transactions and valuations.

 With a holistic approach, we accompany companies in acquisitions both buy- and sell-side with financial due diligence, M&A support and exit / IPO readiness. On the other hand, we carry out valuations such as IDW S 1 appraisals, purchase price allocations, impairment tests in accordance with HGB, IFRS and US GAAP as well as employee participation programs in accordance with IFRS 2.

Our focus is on advising medium-sized companies, innovative start-ups, national and international corporations, as well as private equity houses and their portfolio companies.
PAS Internal Services offer our team as well as our cooperation partners and customers a variety of services.

In independent and interdisciplinary teams, we continuously develop our organization and contribute to the successful implementation of our corporate strategy.

First contact

So that you and we can gain a first impression, we invite you to a video call. In a maximum of 30 minutes, we will introduce you to the PAS, answer your questions about the job and, of course, take the opportunity to learn a little more about you and your motivation.

Get to know the team

You liked the first conversation and so did we? Then we would like to get to know you even better! In a follow-up interview, you will have the opportunity to get to know your future area and the people at PAS even better. PAS regularly organizes company events (breakfast in the office / participation in local events (in Stuttgart e.g. Fish Market, Cannstatter Wasen, Weindorf, etc.) These serve to promote exchange and cohesion. We would be delighted if you would take part in it.
As a rule, we hold our Quarterly Meetings 4 times a year. They serve to carry out internal training courses, to exchange information about ongoing or completed projects and to inform about current developments in the areas and PAS. They usually start on Thursday evening and go on until Friday.
Once a year, we organize a joint, larger off-site. For this we usually plan two days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) at an exciting, possibly also international location. For all participants, Friday is considered an additional non-working day.

Who we are currently looking for

With our more than 100 employees, we are active for our clients throughout Germany in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart (Financial Advisory) as well as Leipzig (Business Services). We currently have office locations in Stuttgart, Munich and Leipzig. Due to our high level of digitalization and our new work culture, our colleagues are located all over Germany, working from home, on the road or in the office. However, we are always closely networked and work as a team.
