PAS Financial Advisory AG was able to win an experienced financial reporting team around the renowned Finance Specialist Markus Groß.
Markus Groß has been working in management positions in the financial sector for more than 15 years. Before joining PAS, he was a partner at WTS Advisory AG, where he played a key role in building up the financial reporting service line with projects in the area of GAAP conversions (IFRS / US-GAAP), preparation (IPO readiness) and support of IPOs and start-up advisory along the financial roadmap. Prior to that, he was Partner and Head of IFRS Advisory Services at another leading professional services firm.
" Advisory services for IFRS issues are part of our core business," comments Markus Groß, who is a member of the board of the newly founded PAS. The Financial Reporting Team of PAS includes also Fabian Grigo and Michael Stocker, two long-time colleagues and many further team members. Together they form a very successful and experienced team.
The Financial Reporting service line at PAS provides a broad service portfolio for small and medium-sized companies up to multinational corporations, including in particular advisory services on IFRS conversions, IFRS accounting and reporting, IPO support in Europe and the USA, as well as environmental social governance (ESG) and sustainability. In addition, innovative start-ups are a particular focus of the team, which counts approximately one third of the German Unicorns among its clients.
